Drop In Postpartum Support Group

"My mission, should I chose to accept it, is to find peace with exactly who I am and what I am. To take pride in my thoughts, my appearance, my talents, my flaws and to stop this incessant worrying that I can't be loved as I am" - Anais Bin

Do you need a break?  Feeling some of that mom-rage? Looking for some coping strategies?

Come & enjoy a morning of warm tea, gabbing and an exploration of your inner self.
Each week will be focused around a theme and will include a guided meditation/visualization, creativity & reflection.

All mothers welcome. Join us - with your babe inside, outside, or on your own.
