Drop In Postpartum Support Group

Want to make connections with other moms?  Come out to enjoy a morning of warm tea, gabbing and an exploration of your inner self. Each week will be focused around a theme and will include expression, mindfulness and introspection. Mom's of any aged child(ren) are welcome to attend and you can bring your little ones if they are less then 12 months in age.

Weekly - Wednesday's from 10:00 - 11:30am*
Please register by 9:00pm Tuesday.
