Postpartum Support Group

Raising tiny humans is hard, sleep is hard, parenting is hard, marriages are hard. Actually, sometimes it’s all hard. It can take a lot of work to keep going. Sometimes at the end of any day you just need someone to say "I see you. I hear you".
This 8-week postpartum support group is for women struggling with feelings of inadequacy, self-doubt, overwhelm, loneliness and/or anxiety/depression. The focus of this group is connection, expression, coping, and finding yourself through mindfulness and creativity.
I can already hear you thinking "but, I'm not the support group type"... You might think that now, but, here are some benefits to joining this group:
- Connecting….lots of connecting, connecting with yourself & other women
- Learning mindfulness practices that reduce stress
- Developing and practicing new coping strategies
- Reduced feelings of isolation
- Time for journaling & reflection
- Support & dialogue in an intimate setting, maximum 6 moms
This is a welcoming and supportive group that will provide you with increased self-awareness and tools for your journey through motherhood.
