This series will guide you through implementing & using an art-journal as a form of therapeutic expression.

We will use art-journals as a form of therapy to guide and heal. Come prepared to get your hands dirty and open your heart to creative therapeutic expression. Mindfulness, visualizations, and focused journaling are integrated into every session.


This series combines conversation, guided visualization and art to help you live in the here and now.

Through guided visualizations you'll increase your self-awareness and create clarity. You will use mixed media to express yourself and create dialogue. Discover creativity through affirmation cards, intention sticks, paint blot art, mandala rocks, and gratitude journals (just to name a few). Creating these items will fine tune your abilities to embrace the present, simplify your day and open your heart for immediate stress relief.


This series will use dialogue, art and intention-setting to lead you in the directions of your goals.

You'll use art to identify the things in your life you wish to change.
Are you feeling bogged down by grief or trauma? Or maybe you’re looking to find yourself.

Methods such as guided visualization, calming breathes, intention-setting, reflection, and spontaneous art making will be used in this series. Together, we’ll walk through your life's purpose, guide you in the direction of your goals, and leave you feeling inspired, empowered, and enriched.
