    Intuitive art-journaling is a form of expressive art therapy. Learn how to use & implement an intuitive an art-journal with intention and therapeutic purpose. You will be guided through a series of guided visualizations & journal prompts. Come prepared to get your hands dirty and open your heart to creative therapeutic expression. You will feel a sense of comfort, freedom and relaxation. Mindfulness, visualizations, and intentional creation are integrated into every session.
